We reach out, or you reach out to us

A notary visits you with the paperwork
At your home or wherever is convenient. You read our agreement in full before signing, and we're a phone call away if you have questions. Whether you sign is entirely up to you, and the visit costs nothing either way.
We file and follow through
If you choose to work with us, we prepare and file the claim, handle the county or court, and keep you updated. When the funds are released, you receive them, minus our fee. Typical timeline: 4 to 6 months, depending on the county or court.
- Our fee is a percentage of the funds we recover, and never more than your state allows.
- We tell you the exact percentage on our first call, and it's written in your agreement.
- Paid only if we recover your funds. If we don't, you owe nothing.
- We cover all filing costs and attorney fees, and you'll never pay more than the agreed percentage, no matter what your claim costs us.
- The notary visit is free, whether or not you sign.
